Kim Singh is a Canadian executive leader and global advocate with more than 25 years of experience managing large-scale transformation portfolios in technology, finance, and public sectors. She has held senior leadership roles with major organizations including IBM, CIBC, HP, OpenText, CGI, and Accenture, where she has advised C-level executives and government leaders on enterprise modernization, artificial intelligence integration, and inclusive innovation frameworks. Her leadership has spanned portfolios exceeding $650 million and global teams of over 200.
Kim is the Founder & CEO of SCABA, a platform she launched during the COVID-19 pandemic to empower immigrant women and youth through mentorship, coaching, and capacity-building. She also serves as Executive Director of the International Peace Alliance (IPA | AIP) and as Global Peace Ambassador for both Canada and Guyana.
As Director of the Women For Peace program of the International Peace Alliance (IPA | AIP), Kim Singh leads international engagement strategies on gender equality, intersectional peacebuilding, and multilateral partnerships. She represents IPA’s Women For Peace International Division (WPI) in dialogue with global bodies including the United Nations, UNESCO, and ECOSOC, advancing agendas for women’s leadership in governance, conflict resolution, and post-crisis recovery.
In addition to her professional achievements, Kim serves on multiple boards and initiatives including the International Institute for Ethical Governance and Accountability (IIEGA), the Immigrant Women in Business (IWB) network, and Lean In Canada. She is a nationally recognized thought leader in mental health, DEI&B, and ESG leadership, and co-developed the national mental health for Accenture Canada.
Kim holds dual MBA degrees from the University of Barcelona and Stratford University, along with international certifications in coaching and organizational leadership. She is the recipient of numerous distinctions, including the Premier of Ontario Humanitarian Award, the Global Impact Award, and the Philanthropy & Humanitarian Award.
