Leila Samayah is a high-performing, results-driven, strategic and customer-centric passionate professional, who thrives on solid relationships at all levels. She is an experienced operations manager with 20+ years of providing executive level assistance for globally recognized entities such as Forsyth of Canada, Inc. , Winners Merchants International L.P. and TXJ companies, the leading off-price apparel and home fashions retailer in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and worldwide.

Leila is also an accomplished event planning and design leader with significant and meaningful experience managing complex details for executives spanning global retail markets. She works with a select group of clients to deliver spectacular corporate events, celebrations, fund raisers, and more. As Director of Operations she brings her skills in marketing strategy, publicity and event management to the International Peace Festival. She provides strategic direction, research, & programming of IPF’s events and schedule and coordinates with new and existing partners as well as others to align in the execution of roadmaps and goals.
